PUJIE GROUP CO.,LIMITED , consists of two manufacturing mills, which is totally over 200,000 square meters,2000 high quality staff. PUJIE was one factory specialized in precision casting parts at the beginning , the casting process were sanding casting, lost wax casting parts originally. The market mainly focus on domestic market until 2004 . And then, we develop the new process, silica sol casting, the market began to transfer to abroad . A mass of metal products are making in our factory , like brake discs, brake drums, auto parts, marine parts, trailer parts, excavator parts, and some stainless steel casting parts, like door handle, etc. These products are still making in our factory at present. The production technology have reached to the worldĄŻs advanced level. The advanced machinery and equipments has been put into use for our high performance metal parts, like Read-head Optical Emission Spectrometer( From Japan), Medium frequency induction melting furnace ,CNC machine certer,Brinell hardness terster,Dewaxing autoclave, Wax-injection machine,and so on.
With the constant enlargement of the market , PUJIE start to develop the new production lines about low pressure casting and gravity casting for car alloy wheels in 2005 . There are about 1000 models making in our factory at present. All kinds of replica alloy wheels, like BMW,BENZ,AUDI,VW,VOLVO,LAND ROVER,NISSAN,TOYOTA,KIA, and so on. Our daily production reach to 8000 pcs .All kindsof certifications have passed TUV,VIA,E-MARK,DOT, TWL,TSI16949,ISO 9001,and so on.
